Job Description:

As a graduate in our Building Surveying & Project Management team, you’ll join us on a two-year journey to become a Chartered Building Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Job Responsibility:

Work on a range of challenging projects/ instructions, from initial client briefing and inspections through to project design, report writing and site supervision, surveys, inspections, and meetings
Complete assessment of professional competence (APC)

Requirements:

RICS Accredited BSc or MSc
AutoCAD LT
Driving Licence

Nice to have:

A team player who has an ability to think innovatively and offer ideas to challenge for the better
A passion for building great long-term relationships with external and internal clients
A strong drive to achieve client success with integrity and professionalism
Attention to detail and good organisation skills with the ability to demonstrate agility, adapting when things don’t go to plan
