Job Description:

Opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor to join a growing multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy in Colchester. The role offers exposure to diverse projects across multiple sectors with strong support for professional development and career growth.

Job Responsibility:

Delivering both project-based and professional Building Surveying services
Undertaking surveys, design and specification, contract administration, and project management
Working across residential, commercial, education, healthcare, defence, and community projects
Working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Taking projects from inception through to completion

Requirements:

A degree in Building Surveying
A full UK driving licence
Strong design, specification, and contract administration skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS (advantageous but not essential)
Well-organised, diligent, and commercially aware
Strong communication and teamworking skills

Nice to have:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS
