Job Description:

A construction focused, multidisciplinary consultancy with a growing team and supportive management, are seeking a dedicated Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Kent based office. This is an opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor with ambition, who is looking for full, tailored and 1:1 support on their APC progression, as well as well-rounded project exposure.

Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out the full range of surveying services across both the project and professional offerings
  • Work closely with APC peers, management, and external counsellors to drive forward APC progression
  • Develop skills as a Building Surveyor

Requirements:

  • BSc/ MSc in Building Surveying
  • A good attitude towards learning and self-motivated
  • Any construction experience would be beneficial
  • Strong communications skills – both written and verbal
