Job Description:

A construction focused, multidisciplinary consultancy with a growing team and supportive management, are seeking a dedicated Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Kent based office. This is an opportunity for a Graduate Building Surveyor with ambition, who is looking for full, tailored and 1:1 support on their APC progression, as well as well-rounded project exposure.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out the full range of surveying services across both the project and professional offerings
Work closely with APC peers, management, and external counsellors to drive forward APC progression
Develop skills as a Building Surveyor

Requirements:

BSc/ MSc in Building Surveying
A good attitude towards learning and self-motivated
Any construction experience would be beneficial
Strong communications skills – both written and verbal
