Job Description:

Randstad has partnered with a Commercial Building Surveying firm to find their next rising star. This is a chance to dive straight into the complexity of Class 5–9 commercial permits. Our client is a respected name in the industry, known for their technical excellence and their commitment to developing the next generation of Registered Building Surveyors.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in assessing building permit applications against the NCC Volume One
  • Attend site inspections alongside a Senior Building Surveyor to learn the nuances of commercial compliance
  • Liaise with a professional network of architects, developers, and engineers.

Requirements:

  • Currently undertaking or recently completed a Bachelor of Building Surveying or an Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying
  • You are ambitious, eager to do well, and possess a genuinely positive attitude toward professional growth
  • You can hold your own in professional conversations and have a keen eye for technical detail.
