Job Description:

Play an integral role in delivering both project-based and professional Building Surveying services. Gain hands-on experience across a wide range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, healthcare, defence, and community projects. Develop technical expertise while being fully supported by senior members of the team.

Job Responsibility:

Undertaking surveys, design and specification, contract administration, and project management
Working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams
Taking projects from inception through to completion

Requirements:

A degree in Building Surveying
A full UK driving licence
Strong design, specification, and contract administration skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS (advantageous but not essential)
Well-organised, diligent, and commercially aware
Strong communication and teamworking skills

Nice to have:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS
