Job Description:

A renowned professional construction consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Graduate Building Surveyor to join their dynamic and supportive team in central London. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of sectors and receive industry-leading APC support to launch your career in Building Surveying.

Job Responsibility:

Assist senior surveyors in the delivery of diverse and high-quality projects
Gain valuable experience across multiple sectors and workstreams
Provide support to the team in delivering expert consultancy services to clients
Actively progress towards APC qualification with tailored guidance and resources

Requirements:

BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or an RICS-accredited degree
Some prior experience in construction or property
Strong ambition to achieve APC accreditation
Excellent communication skills with a proactive and professional approach

Nice to have:

Some prior experience in construction or property
