Job Description:

A renowned professional construction consultancy is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Graduate Building Surveyor to join their dynamic and supportive team in central London. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across a variety of sectors and receive industry-leading APC support to launch your career in Building Surveying. As a Graduate Building Surveyor, you’ll have the chance to work on an exciting mix of projects across commercial, heritage, arts, retail, and education/public sectors. This role offers exposure to both professional and project services, enabling you to build a comprehensive skill set. You’ll collaborate with experienced surveyors and consultants in a structured environment dedicated to your professional development, with full support to achieve APC accreditation.

Job Responsibility:

Assist senior surveyors in the delivery of diverse and high-quality projects
gain valuable experience across multiple sectors and workstreams
provide support to the team in delivering expert consultancy services to clients
actively progress towards APC qualification with tailored guidance and resources

Requirements:

A BSc/MSc in Building Surveying or an RICS-accredited degree
some prior experience in construction or property (advantageous)
a strong ambition to achieve APC accreditation
excellent communication skills with a proactive and professional approach
