Job Description:

A highly regarded consultancy within the Building Surveying space, are on the lookout for a motivated and driven Graduate Building Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking and collaborative environment, with clear routes for progression and exposure to a wide variety of project work.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting on both professional and project work across a range of sectors
  • Collaborating with experienced surveyors and consultants to deliver work to a high standard, on time and within budget
  • Assisting in business development efforts through client engagement and cross-selling opportunities
  • Developing strong client relationships and helping to identify further work opportunities from existing commissions

Requirements:

  • A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • An analytical mindset and proactive approach to solving problems
  • A flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities
  • A collaborative nature and enthusiasm for learning within a team-based environment
