Job Description:

A highly regarded consultancy within the Building Surveying space is seeking a motivated and driven Graduate Building Surveyor to join their growing team. This is an opportunity to contribute to a forward-thinking and collaborative environment, with clear routes for progression and exposure to a wide variety of project work.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting on both professional and project work across a range of sectors
Collaborating with experienced surveyors and consultants to deliver work to a high standard
Assisting in business development efforts through client engagement
Developing strong client relationships and helping to identify further work opportunities

Requirements:

A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
An analytical mindset and proactive approach to solving problems
A flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing project needs
A collaborative nature and enthusiasm for learning within a team-based environment
