Job Description:

A highly regarded consultancy within the Building Surveying space is seeking a motivated and driven Graduate Building Surveyor. You will contribute to a collaborative environment, working on a variety of project types with clear routes for progression. Responsibilities include professional and project work, client engagement, and developing strong client relationships. Candidates should have a degree in Building Surveying, strong communication skills, analytical mindset, flexible attitude, and enthusiasm for learning. Salary ranges from £27k to £32k per annum, with a full range of benefits including APC support, private healthcare, pension, and progression opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Supporting on both professional and project work across a range of sectors
Collaborating with experienced surveyors and consultants to deliver work to a high standard, on time and within budget
Assisting in business development efforts through client engagement and cross-selling opportunities
Developing strong client relationships and helping to identify further work opportunities from existing commissions

Requirements:

A degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
An analytical mindset and proactive approach to solving problems
A flexible attitude with the ability to adapt to changing project needs and priorities
A collaborative nature and enthusiasm for learning within a team-based environment
