Job Description:

A growing and dynamic multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy seeks an ambitious Graduate Building Surveyor to join their Colchester office. Offering exposure to diverse projects across multiple sectors and hands-on experience in Building Surveying services such as surveys, design and specification, contract administration, and project management.

Job Responsibility:

Undertaking surveys
Design and specification
Contract administration
Project management
Working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams

Requirements:

A degree in Building Surveying
A full UK driving licence
Strong design, specification, and contract administration skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS (advantageous but not essential)
Well-organised, diligent, and commercially aware
Strong communication and teamworking skills

Nice to have:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and NBS
