Work alongside the Bid Content Creator to maintain and update proposal libraries (case studies, project sheets, CVs, policies and standard answers), ensuring version control and accurate storage
Support the planning and tracking of written deliverables (answer plans, content requests and review actions) to help the team meet bid milestones and deadlines
Proofread and quality-check drafts for clarity, consistency, grammar and tone, applying reviewer feedback promptly and accurately
Ensure the qualitative aspects of bids progress in line with the agreed milestones and are regularly reviewed at key stages of the bid process
Undertake basic opportunity research (client, sector, competitors, project context) to help tailor responses and strengthen bid narratives
Support continuous improvement by capturing lessons learned, helping to update templates, and reusing strong content from previous submissions where appropriate
