Job Description

At Aurora, you will apply the skills you have developed through your studies to solve some of our clients’ most interesting and intricate problems. Combining bespoke training and on-the-job learning, we will help you elevate your abilities to the next level, preparing you to build trusting relationships with clients, develop new business opportunities, nurture teams and communicate complex ideas with crystal clarity. As a Graduate Analyst, you will be placed in either the Research or Advisory teams across our Singapore business: Advisory: executing bespoke consulting projects for clients. Research: developing market forecast reports and original in-depth research on the future of energy systems.

Requirements

  • An ability to collect, analyse, and interpret complex information

  • Demonstrated quantitative ability and problem-solving skills
  • Evidence working effectively in teams
  • Fluency in a second language, with preference to those spoken across the APAC region (e.g. Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesian)
  • Passion for sustainable solutions, green energy transition, economics, data analytics, software, strategy, or consulting
  • You will need to be available to join in August 2026 when the program begins.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in a second language, with preference to those spoken across the APAC region (e.g. Korean, Vietnamese, Thai, Bahasa Indonesian)
  • Passion for sustainable solutions, green energy transition, economics, data analytics, software, strategy, or consulting
