The Complete Vehicle Analysis Graduate Analyst will participate in a structured rotational program across the three core pillars of quality analysis — Material Analysis, Functional Testing, and Dimensional Evaluation. This role is designed to provide a comprehensive understanding of vehicle quality and problem-solving methodologies through hands-on testing, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. The analyst will work alongside engineers and quality experts to identify root causes of issues, propose countermeasures, and drive long-term improvements that enhance product reliability and customer satisfaction.
Job Responsibility:
Review failure analysis and component release testing to develop a series monitoring plan for material testing
Analyze large datasets to identify critical components and recurring issues based on historical testing
Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to verify containment effectiveness and validate corrective actions
Support laboratory operations, including material preparation and testing
Operate laboratory equipment such as bandsaws, mounting presses, polishers, microscopes, and tensile test machines
Document findings and lessons learned through detailed technical reports and presentations
Conduct and review functional release testing to establish a series monitoring plan
Analyze historical and new functional test data to identify trends and systemic concerns
Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to evaluate whether corrective measures have resolved root causes
Support vehicle analysis activities, including software testing, acoustic assessments, and alignment validation
Drive and test vehicles to evaluate performance metrics such as closing effort and state of charge
Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations summarizing test outcomes and recommendations
Review dimensional release data to create monitoring plans and identify deviations from standards
Analyze historical dimensional data to prioritize high-impact components for further study
Apply root cause analysis to verify corrective actions and drive continuous improvement
Support daily operations within the Measuring Center through component installation, measurement, and documentation
Produce technical summaries detailing findings, countermeasures, and lessons learned
Requirements:
Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering, or a related technical discipline
Knowledge of material properties, component performance, and dimensional measurement techniques
Technical writing and presentation skills for documenting findings and communicating results
Ability to conduct physical testing on complete vehicles and individual components
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting and data visualization
Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple complex tasks
