Graduate Airfreight Export Officer

• Liaising with major airlines, freight forwarders, customers and suppliers to coordinate export shipments
• Managing, compiling, and processing all airfreight export documentation and bookings
• Communicating with internal and external freight forwarders to ensure cargo is presented to the Airport terminal on time
• Liaising with internal departments to solve supplier enquiries and any billing issues which may arise
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Assisting in liaising with ground handlers to ensure clear loading instructions are provided for each flight respectively
• Assist in resolving any issues or delays in the airfreight export process
• Support to managers for other operational duties

• Valid Driver Licence and access to a car
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good time management and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
• Have an enthusiastic approach to self-management and be proactive in all situations

• Have a qualification in one of the following disciplines will be highly regarded: Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation, Transport, Business and Commerce, Sales, or Marketing
• Australian citizen, permanent resident, NZ citizen or have a valid visa with unrestricted working rights, and currently reside in Australia
