Job Responsibility:

  • Work on a range of real estate from industrial, offices and retail through to large residential portfolios
  • Carry out Valuations for secured lending on behalf of a range of lenders as well as pension funds, financial statements and the public sector
  • Complete your assessment of professional competence (APC) with involvement with other disciplines such as agency, lease advisory and property management

Requirements:

  • Driving Licence
