Job Description:

Academic Mentors to join their vibrant and high-achieving secondary school for ASAP starts. Opportunity to inspire & raise attainment across the school. Range of opportunities to excel across the school within a specialist role.

Job Responsibility:

Run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically
Run booster sessions for students inside and outside of the classroom across various subjects – dependant on your subject specialism
Support class teachers across different subjects and support students development academically

Requirements:

1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable University
Aspiring Primary or Secondary Teacher
Must be willing to go above and beyond daily for the pupils
Confidence is key throughout these roles/School
Must be a team player
Strong A Levels & GCSEs

What we offer:
