Graduate Academic Mentor

• Run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically
• Run booster sessions for students inside and outside of the classroom across various subjects – dependant on your subject specialism
• Support class teachers across different subjects and support students development academically

• 1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable University
• Aspiring Primary or Secondary Teacher
• Must be willing to go above and beyond daily for the pupils
• Confidence is key throughout these roles/School
• Must be a team player
• Strong A Levels & GCSEs

Opportunity to train as a teacher in your chosen subject after one full academic year
