Job Description:

An Outstanding Ofsted secondary school in Hammersmith & Fulham is recruiting for Graduate Academic Mentors to inspire and raise student attainment. The role starts in October 2025, offering the opportunity for salaried teacher training after one year.

Job Responsibility:

run small, targeted interventions in groups and 1:1 for students who are struggling academically
run booster sessions for students inside and outside of the classroom across various subjects – dependent on your subject specialism
support class teachers across different subjects and support students' development academically

Requirements:

1st Class or 2:1 Degree from a reputable University
aspiring Primary or Secondary Teacher
willingness to go above and beyond daily for the pupils
confidence
team player
