Job Responsibility

Monitors academic progress, conducts individualized outreach to students experiencing academic difficulty, implements data‑driven retention initiatives, and maintains accurate advising records while adhering to Graduate School and university policies
Supports student success initiatives by participating in campus events, orientations, and programming
Engages in ongoing training and professional development
