Location: Dublin 2 Hours: 9am to 5pm, 35 hour working week Contract: Temporary 3-month initial contract Pay-rate: €19.77 – €30.37 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience Role Summary: Provides administrative support to quality, risk, and patient safety functions within a public sector organisation. Ensures accurate data management, supports complaints and incident processes, and contributes to compliance and governance activities.
Job Responsibility
Support complaints and incident management, including logging, tracking, and follow-up
Maintain and update quality systems (e.g. NIMS, Q-Pulse) ensuring data accuracy
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes and actions
Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
Manage confidential records in line with data protection requirements
Provide general administrative support to the Quality & Safety team
Requirements
Relevant administrative experience, ideally in the public or healthcare sector
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and IT skills (e.g. MS Office, data systems)
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
