TTM Healthcare are proud to partner with our client in the private sector to recruit a temporary Grade IV Quality and Safety Administrator in Dublin. Location: Dublin 2 Hours: 9am to 5pm, 35 hour working week Contract: Temporary 3-month initial contract Pay-rate: €19.77 – €30.37 per hour depending on previous relative public sector experience Role Summary: Provides administrative support to quality, risk, and patient safety functions within a public sector organisation. Ensures accurate data management, supports complaints and incident processes, and contributes to compliance and governance activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Support complaints and incident management, including logging, tracking, and follow-up
  • Maintain and update quality systems (e.g. NIMS, Q-Pulse) ensuring data accuracy
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes and actions
  • Assist with audits, inspections, and compliance documentation
  • Manage confidential records in line with data protection requirements
  • Provide general administrative support to the Quality & Safety team

Requirements

  • Relevant administrative experience, ideally in the public or healthcare sector
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and IT skills (e.g. MS Office, data systems)
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
