Job Responsibility:

  • Facilitate workshops including user interview, requirement grooming, user acceptance testing to identify user behavior patterns and underlying problems
  • Help to ensure smooth product delivery
  • Assist in tracking and resolving production issues
  • Gather insights on product adoption/improvements
  • Conduct simple user acceptance tests (UATs)

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Economics or a related field
  • Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week
  • Internship should last for more than 3 months
  • Bilingual with both English and Mandarin
  • Need to adapt to the English working environment
  • Good communication, analytical, logical thinking, problem-solving, and writing skills
  • Good time management and coordination skills to get things done on schedule
  • Adaptable, open-minded

  • Conduct product teardowns for competitive comparison and benchmarking in support for marketing collaterals.
  • Conduct product analysis on product samples from different suppliers with the goal of managing risk for the business, customers and end-users and meeting customer requirements.
  • Develop testing requirements for products, working with Suppliers, Industry experts, outside consulting agencies, Testing labs, engineers within GPC and independent research.
  • Manage testing of products with Suppliers, third party agencies and internal labs.
  • Product Introduction: Develop product requirements per Brand tiers in accordance with the Category strategy. Translate product features as defined by Product Manager into engineering specification requirements.
  • Support the New Product Introduction process in terms of reviewing Product Submission Warrants and ensuring that they meet the NAPA standards.
  • Partner with suppliers to ensure on time execution of next products and programs.
  • Assist with the onboarding of new product lines and data analysis of products.
