Job Description:

Join a friendly and supportive GP surgery as a Pharmacist and make a real difference to patient care in primary care. In this role, you will respond to medication queries, shortages, and recalls, lead on medication synchronisation and liaise with community pharmacies, conduct medication reviews and audits, and manage patient discharges.

Requirements:

Hands-on experience working in a GP surgery
Strong EMIS and Docman experience – essential
Ability to hit the ground running (no training provided)
A collaborative attitude to support a team of 1 pharmacist and 1 pharmacy technician
