Job Description:

Join our GP client’s team as a remote GP Pharmacist and play a vital role in supporting primary care services.

Job Responsibility:

conduct structured medication reviews
sign prescriptions in a timely manner
manage clinical admin, including discharge summaries
ensure safe and effective use of medicines
liaise with GP teams for coordinated care

Requirements:

current GPhC registration
experience working in a GP surgery or primary care setting
strong working knowledge of EMIS Web
excellent communication and clinical skills
ability to work independently in a remote setup
