Job Description:

Join our GP client’s team as a remote GP Pharmacist and play a vital role in supporting primary care services.

Job Responsibility:

  • conduct structured medication reviews
  • sign prescriptions in a timely manner
  • manage clinical admin, including discharge summaries
  • ensure safe and effective use of medicines
  • liaise with GP teams for coordinated care

Requirements:

  • current GPhC registration
  • experience working in a GP surgery or primary care setting
  • strong working knowledge of EMIS Web
  • excellent communication and clinical skills
  • ability to work independently in a remote setup
