Job Description:

Join a friendly and supportive GP surgery as a Pharmacist and make a real difference to patient care in primary care. In this role, you will respond to medication queries, lead on medication synchronisation, conduct medication reviews, and manage patient discharges.

Job Responsibility:

Respond to medication queries, shortages, and recalls
Lead on medication synchronisation and liaise with community pharmacies
Conduct medication reviews and audits
Manage patient discharges

Requirements:

Hands-on experience working in a GP surgery
Strong EMIS and Docman experience – essential
Ability to hit the ground running (no training provided)
A collaborative attitude to support a team of 1 pharmacist and 1 pharmacy technician
