Join a friendly and supportive GP surgery as a Pharmacist, responding to medication queries, managing patient discharges, conducting medication reviews, and liaising with community pharmacies.

Job Responsibility

  • Respond to medication queries, shortages, and recalls
  • Lead on medication synchronisation and liaise with community pharmacies
  • Conduct medication reviews and audits
  • Manage patient discharges

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience working in a GP surgery
  • Strong EMIS and Docman experience
  • Ability to hit the ground running
  • A collaborative attitude to support a team of 1 pharmacist and 1 pharmacy technician
