Job Description:

GP Practice Nurse. Pay: £23.16 per hour (Approx. £24,000/year for 20 hours). The Schedule: Tuesday and Wednesday (2 full days), but they need 'essential flexibility.' The Vibe: Fast-paced, forward-thinking, and team-oriented.

Requirements:

  • Chronic Disease Management (Asthma, COPD, or Diabetes reviews)

  • Band 5 experience
  • primary care experience
  • general nursing degree
