Independent Prescriber qualification – essential
At least 1 year of experience in a GP surgery or primary care environment
Strong clinical knowledge and confident patient-facing skills
Self-starter with the ability to hit the ground running

Job Responsibility

Deliver structured medication reviews and manage long-term conditions
Prescribe safely and confidently as an Independent Prescriber
Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and the wider MDT to improve care delivery
Optimise prescribing and reduce medicines waste across the practice
Keep clear and accurate clinical records in line with best practice
