Independent Prescriber qualification – essential
At least 1 year of experience in a GP surgery or primary care environment
Strong clinical knowledge and confident patient-facing skills

Job Responsibility

Deliver structured medication reviews and manage long-term conditions
Prescribe safely and confidently as an Independent Prescriber
Collaborate with GPs, nurses, and the wider MDT to improve care delivery
