Are you an ambitious GP Practice-Based Pharmacist seeking a rewarding locum opportunity based in Richmond? Job Responsibility:

  • Carry out detailed medication reviews and oversee long-term condition clinics
  • Prescribe confidently within your scope as an Independent Prescriber
  • Work closely with GPs, nurses, and the wider healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes
  • Promote effective prescribing practices and support medicine optimisation
  • Ensure thorough and timely documentation of patient care activities

Requirements:

  • Current GPhC registration
  • Independent Prescriber qualification (mandatory)
  • At least 12 months’ experience working in primary care or GP settings
  • Excellent communication skills and patient-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
