Job Description:

Are you an ambitious GP Practice-Based Pharmacist seeking a rewarding locum opportunity based in Richmond? If you hold Independent Prescriber status and have experience in primary care, we want to connect with you.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out detailed medication reviews and oversee long-term condition clinics
Prescribe confidently within your scope as an Independent Prescriber
Work closely with GPs, nurses, and the wider healthcare team to enhance patient outcomes
Promote effective prescribing practices and support medicine optimisation
Ensure thorough and timely documentation of patient care activities

Requirements:

Current GPhC registration
Independent Prescriber qualification (mandatory)
At least 12 months’ experience working in primary care or GP settings
Excellent communication skills and patient-focused approach
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
