Job Description

Join our team as a GP Pharmacy Technician and play a key role in enhancing medication safety and efficiency in a primary care setting.

Job Responsibility

  • conduct medication reviews
  • reauthorise long-term medications
  • carry out SMR (structured medication reviews)
  • collaborate with the wider clinical team
  • maintain accurate patient records

Requirements

  • current and valid registration with the GPhC
  • experience working in primary care or GP settings
  • knowledge of EMIS or SystmOne
  • strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • ability to work independently and manage patient workflows
  • access to a secure laptop with EMIS or SystmOne (if applying for remote work)
