Job Description:

This role offers an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Pharmacy Technician within a GP-based environment in Welwyn Garden City. It involves patient assessments, tailored care plan implementations, collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team, and accurate record-keeping using SystemOne. The position is for a 9-month maternity cover with potential extension and comes with competitive pay.
