Job Description:

Join our team as a GP Pharmacist and play a vital role in delivering clinical pharmacy services within a primary care setting. This is a fully onsite role requiring availability Monday to Friday, with an ongoing contract and potential for long-term extension.

Job Responsibility:

perform structured medication reviews and optimise prescribing
support long-term condition management and deprescribing
liaise with GPs, nurses, and other practice staff
contribute to QOF and IIF targets
maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

a current and valid GPhC registration
previous GP surgery or PCN experience (essential)
independent prescribing qualification (desired, not essential)
strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
ability to work independently in a primary care setting
