Job Responsibility

Job Responsibility

Provide proactive, knowledgeable support related to governmental accounting and financial operations
Manage a portfolio of clients with professionalism, accuracy, and responsiveness
Cultivate external partnerships with auditors, vendors, bankers, and government agencies such as the State Comptroller’s Office
Conduct reviews of client systems and internal controls, providing recommendations for improvement and cost efficiency
Develop and manage onboarding checklists, timelines, and ongoing service processes
Provide CFO-level advisory and consulting services to clients
Lead or contribute to teaching and speaking engagements on governmental accounting, auditing, and GASB updates
Implement new policies and procedures and communicate key initiatives to team members and Executive Management
Participate in management meetings, retreats, and special projects as assigned
