Job Responsibility:
Manage all levels of relationships at the government accounts
build and maintain healthy funnel/pipeline
lead and close proposals with compliancy
build long term growth strategy and execution plan for the government accounts
Grow the government sales revenue through both core and value added mobile, fixed and beyond connectivity services
Ensure that the assigned sectors and customers are fully utilized in terms of the Vodafone products and services (i.e., Mobile, IoT, Cloud & Security, Fixed and solutions)
Work closely with solution sales teams to generate sales opportunities and targeting potential customers in the Government Industry
Evaluate deal profitability using financial controls and analysis, tools provided by the company
Manages the sales pipeline with a disciplined forecasting methodology to ensure sales targets are achieved
Develop new business through public procurement bid tenders, new sources of funding and by utilizing partner ecosystem
Screen and monitor customer satisfaction from proposal stage to the contract&operations management
Being the face of Vodafone in communication with public institutions and organizations such as ICTA (BTK)
Enhance company image through customer facing and influence efforts, presentations, speaking opportunities
Requirements:
University degree
Experience in Telecommunication sector and sales
Min. 5 years of experience in sales management
Min. 2 years of sales management experience in Government Industry
Ability to think strategically and drive transformational sales programmes for the team
Good negotiation skills
Good team management skills
Very good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Turkish
Able to deal with a rapidly changing environment and able to lead change where necessary
Capable of working for projects in a matrix-organisation
