Job Description:

Responsible for managing visa and government-related processes for associates and guests at La Ville Hotel & Suites CITY WALK Dubai Autograph Collection. This includes handling visa applications, document attestation, and ensuring compliance with immigration and government regulations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Following up online pending visas at the Immigration office for verification
  • Sending all documents for Medical, Emirates ID, cancellation, OHC, change of status typing to the typing center and collecting applications if required
  • Assisting new associates for visa and OHC Medical from the Hotel to Hospital and vice versa
  • Collecting Emirates ID cards, OHC cards from the respective Govt. Authority and sending an email to Govt. Relation Manager
  • Taking monthly Hotel reports for all associates from Immigration Authority
  • Applying renewing, paying Etisalat, Ejari, Empower and DEWA bills for the hotel
  • Assisting terminated staff to the airport to ensure their exiting the country as per the company’s policy
  • Attestation of documents required by the associates as well as the Hotel documents attestation
  • Providing updates regarding any pending visa’s, Emirates ID, OHC card to Govt. Relation Manager on a daily basis
  • Following up with the team and tracking cancellation applications, change of status, while processing visa applications
  • Handling guest visas in case of any visa was pending or rejected

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
  • At least 1 year of related work experience
  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience
  • Arabic Speaker is a must
