Job Description

Our client, a premier global low firm, is seeking a Government Relations Coordinator to join their busy team in the Washington, DC office!

Job Responsibility

  • Schedule meetings with clients and government officials/offices for the Government Relations team
  • Book travel arrangements and prepare/process expense reports
  • Coordinate fly-in days for clients by scheduling meetings on Capitol Hill and additional meetings/logistics
  • Plan and execute events and political fundraisers for the firm
  • Prepare quarterly lobbying disclosure reports
  • Provide support with tracking billable time entries and deadlines
  • Additional special projects and tasks as required

Requirements

  • 3-4+ years of administrative support experience required
  • Capitol Hill experience highly preferred
  • A bachelor's degree is required
  • Strong detail orientation with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Excellent communication and customer/client service skills
