Job Description

This position will be responsible for the BAE Systems Government Property Business System at the York PA site with indirect supervisory responsibly for professional property personnel. This position will reside in York PA and the successful candidate will be responsible for a broad range of government property oversight matters. This includes all life-cycle and FAR Property Clause required outcomes/elements. The successful candidate should have a strong proven track record of collaboration working cross functional change to successfully ensure compliance.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the BAE Systems Government Property Business System at the York PA site with indirect supervisory responsibly for professional property personnel
  • Responsible for a broad range of government property oversight matters
  • This includes all life-cycle and FAR Property Clause required outcomes/elements

Requirements

  • Knowledge of DoW, FAR 52.245-1, DFARS, and the 22 elements of property management
  • Experience with Property Management System Audits (PMSA)
  • Solid experience with the PIEE system to include the GFP module, IUID Registry, EDA and Plant Clearance
  • Proficeint computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn BAE used database applications

Nice to have

  • Prefer CPPS or CPPA Certification from National Property Management Association (NPMA)
  • Ability to develop/demonstrate research and presentation skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, set priorities, work to multiple deadlines, and time management skills
