Job Description:

BAE Systems is hiring a Government Property Management Specialist II, who will work in a full-time on-site capacity at our 100 Campus Road facility in Totowa, NJ. To be considered for this opportunity, applicants must be local to the greater Totowa / Wayne, NJ area, and able to commute into the office daily.

Job Responsibility:

  • Responsible for all applicable Contractor Outcomes of the Government Property Control System
  • Maintenance of records and issuance of required reports concerning government-owned property
  • Self-audit and support of the Government’s annual survey of the Government Property Control System
  • Act as a liaison with internal and external customers to resolve government property issues

Requirements:

  • Secret Clearance strongly desired
  • US Citizen required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent plus 4 years relevant experience
  • or relevant Associate’s degree plus 3 years’ experience
  • or relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent plus 1 year of experience
  • Experience with Government Property Management in defense industry
  • or experience with Contracts or Program Management
