Job Description:

Maintain auditable records of government owned property located at the facility, vendor/subcontractor facilities, and alternate sites. Ensure property records are complete to provide an audit trail of acquisition, receipt, identification, records, physical inventory, utilization, mainenance, disposition, and contract closeout. Assist and/or perform necessary tasks to complete physical inventory of government owned property and assets located on site and at alternate sites. Assist in preparing internal and external reports pertaining to government property and retain auditable backup data and files. Ensure that assets are received properly, identified, and recorded in the applicable system database. Ensure compliance with regulatory (FAR & DFARS), internal policy & procedural, and contractual requirements. Assist in the performance of internal self-assessments, customer performed audits, and internal audits by gathering and reviewing applicable objective evidence. Work with contract administration, program management, engineering, and other inter-departmental employees in a professional manner. Demonstrate the ability to learn, adapt to, and utilize multiple system databases to include those proprietary to BAE Systems as well as government owned systems. Maintain up to date knowledge of industry practices, trends, and applications. Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety objectives and policies. Ability and willingness to perform other duties as required.

Job Responsibility:

  • Proficient skills in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of PIEE modules (IUID Registry, GFP Module)
