Governance Reporting & Analysis Lead Analyst

• Support key management reporting deliverables including development of presentations for monthly Business Risk Controls Committee meetings
• Support compliance to Citi's Board Material Data Accuracy Controls requirements
• Collaborate with stakeholders to conceptualize, develop, and manage reports highlighting Controls issues and risks
• Collaborate with Citi Technology on reporting automation initiatives
• Assist with compliance of Citi Records Management Policy and Continuity of Business
• Contribute to governance and facilitation of Manager Control Assessment execution
• Support teams in quality, completeness, and accuracy of Control Framework implementation
• Assist in performing detailed analysis on issue root cause identification
• Support review and challenge process on effective design and management of controls
• Assist in performing detailed analysis to identify, assess, escalate, and manage risk exposures
• Be part of process to identify, assess, record and respond to Operational and Compliance Risk events
• Ensure adequate governance and training are in place to support management of Risk profiles
• Contribute to risks associated with New Activities and changes to the Business
• Coordinate risk and control responsibilities and ensure accountabilities are embedded within FLUs
• Support with standards and procedures that conform to enterprise requirements

• 6-10 years relevant work experience in Business Risk & Controls
• 5+ years' experience in financial services
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Effective organizational influencing skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead global team efforts
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Ability to see the big picture with high attention to critical details
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives
• Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred
