Job Responsibility:
Lead the evolution of governance within a dynamic pharmaceutical sales and marketing team
Champion a proactive governance culture, guiding sales and marketing teams toward greater risk awareness and independent management
Leverage technology and data analysis to continuously improve processes, ensuring compliance while fostering a principle-based decision-making environment
Collaborate closely with stakeholders, influence key decisions, and drive the implementation of innovative training programs
Analyze business activities and implement strategies to embed a robust governance mindset
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, developing effective corrective and preventative actions
Develop and deliver engaging training programs on company’s Code of Promotions and other relevant standards
Lead risk management meetings and facilitate open communication with stakeholders
Implement and optimize risk assessment processes
Report risks and concerns to senior leadership promptly and thoroughly
Foster a culture of principle-based decision-making
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least 3 years in a commercial function
Proven experience in risk management, compliance, or audit
Strong understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Experience leading and developing teams
Proficiency in Japanese and English (business level)
Bachelor's degree in science or business
advanced degree preferred

Experience with company’s internal processes is a plus
