Randstad is searching for a skilled and accomplished Governance Coordinator who possesses a keen eye for detail and excels in their field. This role requires the ability to build and sustain strong relationships. Job Responsibility:

  • Provides expert advisory services to the CEO and Executive Leadership Team on contemporary governance and statutory obligations
  • Responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of internal policies, ensuring all procedures remain compliant with current legislation and best-practice governance principles

Requirements:

  • Ability to interpret complex legislation and translate those requirements into clear internal policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal skills are essential to provide practical governance advice to executives and staff
  • Experience identifying and monitoring organizational risks and supporting internal audit programs in line with government frameworks
  • Demonstrated commitment to public sector values, particularly in managing sensitive matters like conflicts of interest and public interest disclosures
  • Capacity to manage multiple priorities, meet strict statutory deadlines, and maintain accurate registers using governance and Microsoft Office systems

Nice to have:

Degree in Law, Governance, Public Administration, Risk Management, or a related field
