Job Responsibility:
Coordinating complaints, insurance cases, and Subject Access Requests
Maintaining accurate records and governance documentation
Drafting clear and professional correspondence
Tracking cases and ensuring deadlines are met
Handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Supporting corporate governance processes and compliance activities
Liaising with Home Managers and central teams to ensure matters are managed efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
