We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Governance & Compliance Officer to provide essential administrative and coordination support across complaints management, insurance case handling, data protection, and corporate governance activities. This is a hands-on role with a strong administrative focus, ideal for someone with excellent written communication skills who enjoys working methodically, managing documentation, and ensuring processes run smoothly. This role would suit someone with strong administration and writing skills who is looking to develop their experience in governance and compliance.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinating complaints, insurance cases, and Subject Access Requests
  • Maintaining accurate records and governance documentation
  • Drafting clear and professional correspondence
  • Tracking cases and ensuring deadlines are met
  • Handling sensitive and confidential information appropriately
  • Supporting corporate governance processes and compliance activities
