Job Description:

FinXL is seeking a Technical Governance & Compliance Architect to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading Telco client on a key transformation engagement. This person would help ensure MSP products and services are compliant to regulations and standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure products comply with telco regulations (ACMA, MTCO), privacy, and ISO27001 controls
  • Embed risk controls, audit requirements, and service assurance governance into the lifecycle
  • Oversee CMDB governance, including naming standards, CI structures, and data lineage
  • Validate solution architecture for compliance, auditability, operational readiness, and data governance
  • Identify operational risks across the product lifecycle from design through to BAU
  • Partner with Risk, Legal, Cyber Security, and Operations to embed controls into BAU
  • Lead remediation initiatives for regulatory gaps across Managed Network Services and platforms

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Networking, Security, Cloud, UC, or SD-WAN domains
  • Experience governing products in regulated environments (ACMA, MTCO, PSPF, Privacy)
  • Strong understanding of ISO9001/20000 quality and ISO27001/NIST security frameworks
  • Demonstrated experience in CMDB governance, service modelling, and data integrity
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL service management and transition-to-operations processes
  • Ability to identify systemic risk, compliance gaps, and operational impacts

Nice to have:

Experience with ServiceNow CMDB and governance workflows is desirable
