Robert Half is partnering with one of its top clients to identify a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to support governance and administrative functions. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a collaborative environment, demonstrates strong analytical skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel, and can quickly adapt to new processes and systems.

Job Responsibility

  • Review, analyze, and maintain organizational bylaws, ensuring accuracy and alignment with current governance standards
  • Collaborate closely with internal committees and committee chairs to support meetings, documentation, and follow-up actions
  • Utilize advanced Microsoft Excel skills to track data, generate reports, and support decision-making processes
  • Coordinate and organize materials for committee meetings, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates to governance-related documents
  • Provide administrative and project support across multiple teams, managing competing priorities effectively

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new systems, processes, and organizational structures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Experience working with committees, boards, or governance structures is highly preferred
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion

  • Provide administrative support to the RVP by managing and maintaining the calendar, developing and editing correspondence, and preparing briefing materials
  • Support the governance activities by scheduling all Board Committee meetings, preparing and distributing meeting materials, summary notes, and correspondence
  • and conducting research in preparation for Board meetings
  • Monitor key governance and operational deadlines and milestones and proactively work with RVP/RDO/GM’s to meet deadlines
  • Assist with creating and analyzing surveys, gathering and synthesizing data and information to support leadership decision making and other projects as needed
  • Assist RVP/RDO/GM with day to day administrative functions of managing the homeowner’s associations and support regional resort objectives
  • Organize and schedule meetings both at the office and online using WebEx
  • Develop reports for review by GM/RVP/RDO’s
  • Maintain policies and procedures related to Administrative duties based on the needs of individual homeowner’s associations
