Job Description:

The Gourmet Coffee Attendant is responsible for completing opening and closing duties, maintaining work areas, taking orders, preparing food and coffee beverages, and ensuring cleanliness and organization. The role requires adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and providing excellent guest service.

Job Responsibility:

Complete opening and closing duties
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Input orders into cash register system and collect payment
Take orders, record in MICROS system and prepare food and coffee beverages
Ensure appliances are turned on/off at the appropriate times
Bus coffee cart areas and tables
Clean dishes, utensils, work areas, tables and equipment
Obtain change required for expected business level
Count bank at end of shift, complete designated cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, drop off receipts, and secure bank

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
None license or certification
