Job Description

As a Channel Development Representative (CDR), you will be at the forefront of LogicMonitor’s growth through our partner ecosystem. In this outbound role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and qualifying new business opportunities in collaboration with our network of Value-Added Resellers (VARs). You’ll partner closely with the Channel Account Management team to drive pipeline growth by sourcing leads from partner accounts, nurturing partner rep relationships, and uncovering joint sales opportunities. Your success will be measured by your ability to generate high-quality opportunities, enable productive partner engagement, and contribute to partner-sourced revenue. This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who is results-driven, collaborative, and passionate about outbound sales and partner ecosystems.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to target accounts within partner ecosystems using email, phone, and social selling
  • Collaborate with Channel Account Managers (CAMs) to identify partner reps and accounts that align with LogicMonitor’s ideal customer profile
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with partner sales teams to drive co-selling activity
  • Qualify leads generated via partner relationships and route them to the appropriate sales teams
  • Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and opportunity progression in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
  • Provide feedback on messaging, partner fit, and market insights to the Channel and Sales leadership teams
  • Contribute to the success of campaigns, enablement sessions, and partner-led events.

Requirements

  • A bachelors degree (preferred)
  • IT and/or Enterprise SaaS software knowledge (preferred)
  • High energy with a strong technical aptitude
  • Proficiency in oral and written communication skills
  • Manage a lead to meeting conversion quota on a monthly basis
  • Manage all activities in a CRM tool
  • The ability to articulate your accomplishments and future plans during internal team meetings
  • Hustle/Hunger - demonstrate a strong desire to win
