Job Description:

Using your experience and knowledge of the retail / wholesale sector you will support and carry out daily supervisory duties in relation to the depot goods in operation. You will also be supporting and assisting the Delivery Team leader in achieving and exceeding all depot KPI’s, targets and objectives.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensuring a clean and safe working environment, especially in relation to material handling equipment
  • Ensuring the Goods In area is kept secure at all times
  • Contributing to the achievement of Customer Satisfaction targets and scores in the Depot
  • Driving the standards for great customer satisfaction ensuring a consistently positive shopping experience
  • Acting as an Ambassador for Bestway Wholesale
  • Ensuring all company policies and procedures are effectively implemented and embedded
  • Ensuring health and Safety Policy and Legislation are adhered to

Requirements:

  • Experience gained within a goods in / warehouse / wholesale environment
  • Sound knowledge of health, safety and retail compliance legislation
  • A manual handling equipment licence
  • Exceptional planning skills and the ability to manage and prioritise various tasks
  • Strong time management skills
  • Experience of delivering both excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction results
  • Team building skills alongside the ability to give clear direction and delegate confidently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent listening skills
