Job Description:

We're looking for a proactive and organised Goods in / Goods out Coordinator to join our team in Wigston. This is a varied role combining hands-on warehouse tasks with office-based coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys taking ownership while being part of a supportive team. You'll be based in an office on the shop floor, with your own desk and laptop, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth running of goods in, stock control, and dispatch operations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Booking items in and out using internal systems
  • Overseeing dispatch and ensuring accurate, timely delivery of outgoing goods
  • Packing items safely and efficiently
  • Understanding and processing customer requirements
  • Handling goods in/out and incoming tools and materials
  • Stock taking and inventory management
  • Some lifting and manual handling involved
  • Using FLT (Counterbalance) - ideally with a valid licence (expired within the last 6-12 months is acceptable)

Requirements:

  • Good computer literacy - confident using booking systems (training provided)
  • Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or dispatch environment
  • Able to work well as part of a team, but also take initiative and manage your own workload
  • Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills
  • FLT (Counterbalance) licence preferred
