Job Description:

Lead the store goods flow team and work with the Country Fulfilment Operations Manager and store commercial team to secure the highest goods availability at all time and at the lowest possible total cost. Secure an effective, qualitative, and efficient operation within the store's goods flow processes.

Job Responsibility:

Lead the store goods flow team
Secure highest goods availability at lowest cost
Ensure effective goods flow operations
Guarantee great customer shopping experience
Recruit, retain and develop team talents
Work with store management on capacity planning
Contribute to store business and logistics plans
Ensure effective communication flow
Implement governing documents
Ensure compliance with IKEA Code of Conduct and regulations
Live IKEA Values and nurture IKEA Culture

Requirements:

Fulfilment performance monitoring and KPI usage
Knowledge of goods damage prevention methods
Knowledge of effective merchandising principles
Knowledge of creating and maintaining framework documents
Knowledge of product allocation processes
Understanding of IKEA Toolbox and learning materials
Knowledge of forklift driver operating procedures
Knowledge of logistics resource planning
Leadership and team management skills
