Job Description:

As a Goods Flow Co-worker, you will play a critical role in the logistics and supply chain operations of IKEA by ensuring stock management and customer orders are handled efficiently. You'll contribute to the company's values while working both independently and collaboratively in a physically demanding yet rewarding environment.

Job Responsibility:

Picking, packing, and checking customer online orders
Using attention to detail skills when picking assigned orders and checking accuracy with RF scanning system
Preparing orders for delivery by labelling and arranging stock for dispatch
Replenishing assigned area
Using inventory systems for accurate stock availability
Following IKEA Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:

Forklift LO and LF licence
Togetherness mindset
Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Energetic approach
Passion for logistics operations and willingness to learn
Strong customer focus
Safe mindset
Comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including repetitive movements and lifting
Passion for optimising supply chain and logistics operations
