Job Description:

Goods Flow Assistant role in eCommerce department performing warehouse and logistics operations to ensure efficient goods flow process and maximum product availability for customers at IKEA Pasay City

Job Responsibility:

Perform Goods Flow operation tasks using IKEA systems and equipment
Contribute to efficient goods flow process and data integrity
Maximize stock accuracy and ensure highest product availability
Work in lean, simple, and cost-conscious way
Comply with IKEA health, safety, and security guidelines

Requirements:

Interest in home furnishing and IKEA product range
At least 1-2 years' experience in Warehouse/Logistics operations, preferably in retail industry
Time management and prioritization skills
Good attention to detail
Quick learner who asks questions when unclear
Flexible approach and adaptability to unpredictable situations
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Nice to have:

Experience in retail industry
Flexibility in work schedule
